Salary: $12.00/hour + commission (after Nevada Life & Health licensing is completed)

Required Education: High School or equivalent

 

Required Experience:

• Customer Service- 2 years

• Sales- 2 years

Qualifications:

• The requirement to possess their Nevada Health & Life License

• Excellent attendance record and punctuality

• Career minded sales professional

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Proficiency using  Microsoft Office Suit, Adobe Acrobat

• Ability to type 45 words per minute

• Ability to lift 10 pounds

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Excellent communication ability and interpersonal skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Ability to comprehend and multi-task duties and information

• Demonstrates interest in the growth of the firm

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• General admin sales support

• Help to process enrollment

• Promotes team utilization

• Engages in basic sales

• Clearly communicates handlings with Management

• Ongoing systemization to facilitate efficient operations

• Prepare staff meeting weekly meeting notes to review with entire organization

• Keep work area organized

• Ongoing systemization

• Pick up and drop off deliverables when needed (with IRS mileage reimbursement program)

• Support group sales presentations

• Present new ideas to organization
