What you'll immediately recognize about Jessica is her helpful nature. Her strong background in payroll, accounting, and human resources was a great help to her current work with benefits and insurance.
Throughout her entire career, she's held positions where she directly interacts with clients. And there is a good reason for that. No matter what industry she's worked in, she's always put superior customer service first and foremost.
Jessica is a natural at providing excellent customer service as she treats clients like she wants to be treated. Connecting with clients in a genuine way is something Jessica truly enjoys. Throughout the year, she and her business partner, Steve Dalinis, check in with clients to see how they are doing, which isn't typical in the industry like insurance.
As Jessica is most often who clients talk to first when calling the office. She takes her job seriously. "I go to bat for my clients when they've got a problem with a claim as it's easier for us to talk to the insurance carriers directly. We do a lot of outreach with our clients. It's all about excellent customer service and taking care of them in the best way possible. Our clients vary from white-collar to blue-collar industries. Every client has a specific need and I like the challenge of that. "A bonus is I learn something new every day," she shared.
When Jessica isn't working, she's supporting local businesses in the community, cooking, or entertaining. But her biggest joy comes from her family. Jessica is a Reno native, mother to two children, and Nonna to two grandchildren.
